He's always wondered why father won't take any pictures of him.
All his freinds have them-Cocoa's got them all over the mantlepeice, and Tamao's mother puts them on the windowsills. Even Pinoco's house has pictures of herself and her father, though there aren't many. He envies her, because she's actually got photographs to show off, no matter how long her father goes on buisness trips.
There is no pictures in father's house. No pictures of him, at least. Only pictures of father, mother, and The Large Painting over the fireplace. Rock's not allowed to ask about that, but he still wonders, sometimes. Father's already told him about the lady w

Oh I'm a big, big fan of Rock Holmes or Rokuro Makube or whatever he is lol. First discovered him when I watched Metropolis, which I think is one of the best versions of him, I attempted to draw him myself but it's not as good as your drawings.
Ah, cool! I'm quite a late comer here, it actually took me a while to actually warm to his character. He only managed to catch my attention when he was given the role as Black Jack's childhood friend. Aww... perhaps some time you can post a piece of Rock fan art when you're feel confident enough with drawing him.
I'm a late comer myself, my friend introduced me to Metropolis, she's obsessed with Rock and she passed on the obsession to me, I was drawn to him because he's so evil and creepy and his eyes are so big and blue. I'd like to think he's in his early twenties but it's more likely he's a teenager. My favourite scene with him in Metropolis is when he kidnaps Tima, his manic laugh gave me chills. I've just realised I probably sound incredibly sad and weird writing this lol.
